The element of Chi (earth)

To start with the beginning, the first level we study is the element of Earth or CHI as we call it in Japanese.

The element of Sui (water)

The element we study after we have mastered the Chi meditation level is Water or SUI as we call it in Japanese.

The element of Ka (fire)

The element we study after we have mastered the Chi and Sui meditation level is Fire or KA as we call it in Japanese.

The element of Fu (wind)

The element we study after we have mastered the Chi, Sui and Ka meditation level is Wind or FU as we call it in Japanese.

The element of Ku (Void)

After studying the physical elements of nature, we will have to incorporate it in our daily life. If we then live a more balanced and healthy mental and physical life, we can start with the study of Ku. This element is everything and nothing. When studying all the physical elements we will also learn to sense there is more the “everything” physically surrounding us. The cosmic energy will educate us while meditating. Our senses will be enhanced and we will become more aware and sensible for the energy that is in everything. This is very hard to explain in writing as this element is more of a realisation and feeling that will make itself known to us. It sounds very esoteric and maybe it is….but the more advanced you become in our Godai Meiso style….the more you will recognize what is written here.

To join these workshops, please visit the Dojo website of The Iguru Ninja. There we will handle all planning and formalities. Every Shinrin-Yoku is hosted by our Jonin and will include meditation, walking and doing some special energy exercises in the beautiful Tuscan forestial mountain environment.
